Just like Kobe Beef represents the pinnacle of Wagyu, the Goto Island Bluefin Tuna is Japan’s premium brand of bluefin. Carefully raised in the pristine waters surrounding the Goto Islands, this tuna is renowned for its superior fat distribution—especially in the toro (belly) section—offering a rich, buttery taste that is never greasy.
Featuring an average 160 lb “Goto Bluefin” centerpiece, the live cutting performance transforms the fish into a full spectrum of luxurious preparations: sushi, sashimi, negitoro, makimono, kamatoro, and more—showcasing every prized cut with theatrical flair and precision.
Kagoshima A5 Wagyu
Kagoshima A5 Wagyu is one of Japan’s most celebrated beef varieties, consistently winning top honors at national Wagyu competitions.
